Then on the 22nd of December 1923, the bank restated its journey as a cooperative bank. Honourable Pandit Sankata Prasad Bajpeyi has bonded the lawyers, farmers and some other eminent persons to reopen the bank. Only then the bank started its journey with a collective amount of 15000 rupees as the working capital. The bank got 25000 rupees from 10 to 15 accounts back then. The bank had faced several financial problems when it started but slowly and steadily became a giant tree from where it started.
