Nadia District Central Co Operative Bank Limited came into existence in the year 1961, 24th February, after the amalgamation of Nadia Central Cooperative Bank & Ranaghat Central Cooperative Bank. This amalgamation took place after Nadia Central Cooperative Bank ran into huge losses. Till 2002, there were over 23 branches spread all over the Nadia district. Recently the bank has availed to its customers ATM facility and also NEFT/RTGS. The bank after amalgamation is doing quite well in the sector of banking. The bank has been able to attain its goodwill & presently working quite efficiently.
